Service is really good. Such a propmt service from laundry department. Superior manjunath was so helpful. Really appreciate the efoort of his. My uniforms were clean and tidy. Delivered at the right time. Upon request they were delivered to me even before the minimum laundry time. So helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Grand Hotel and Spa. The rooms were comfortable, the service was prompt, and the overall ambiance made for a relaxing experience. The cherry on top was the lovely conversation at the front desk with Nandhini — her warmth and hospitality truly made the check-out memorable. Looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is very affordable, offers great breakfast of Indian and western varieties, rooms are large and pristine, a classical design. Most importantly, the staff always provided us great service, great with the kids, attend to all our needs and going beyond to satisfy our wants. Kudos especially to Suman, Mawi and Anuron for keeping us happy. The downside is that the WIFI was undergoing some maintenance on the last day. The TV was also old and the channels were not catered to guests from south India and international.

The hospitality during our entire stay was absolutely off the charts. The breakfast had tons of varieties which were kids friendly. Both of our kids really enjoyed their stay here as the staffs were very helpful, kind, and extremely friendly with the kids especially these two young ladies Mawi and Suman as well as Anuron were constantly baby sitting our kids while we enjoyed our meal peacefully. Our kids were super comfy with all of the staffs around here. The staffs were always happy , cheerful and super duper accommodating in every way. We truly recommend for families to stay here for a wonderful family vacation. The guests can be rest assured that this hotel prioritises customer device relation, accentuating a warm and pleasant stay for everyone in house. However, it would be great if the internet connection was better and there were more TV channel options provided. Thank you for making us feel home once again. Definitely worth revisiting in the future.

I really like the restaurant where the ambience is so good and the food they serve is amazing. Faizan with his beautiful smile welcoming us at the restaurant and being very proactive at serving the guests is really a commendable job. Thank you so much for your service.
