Stay was pleasant. The only catch was the usage of lift. Internal staff are always using the passenger lifts to carry the restaurant belongings from the basement instead of using the service lift. As a result i had to invest 30 min from my time to wait and consume their ignorance towards the customers.

Staff are cooperative and polite. Room service is good. Breakfast was amazing. Room are spacious. Bathroom flush doesnot work properly and bathroom was not as clean as expected.

The stay was an unpleasant experience. There is always the water issue. Water was not coming in the washroom. And the breakfast was always a repeat - Poori bhaaji, idli- sambar, dosa and fruits and milk. They have not changed the breakfast menu except once during the 3 days where they made upma.

Good stay in deluxe room. Lost wifi for around 2 hours or so would have been good if there was a mirror light in the bathroom

"Super nice hotel!
Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit GRAND FALCON. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"
