Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I recently stayed at Akshaa Lakshmi comfort, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I wish I had read more reviews before booking. First, the check-in process was a nightmare. The front desk staff was rude and disorganized, making us wait over an hour for our room. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy—stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a terrible musty smell. The furniture was outdated and falling apart, and the air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the noisy street outside. The bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy pillows and a mattress that felt like it was decades old. To make things worse, housekeeping never showed up despite multiple requests, so we had to use the same towels for our entire stay. The amenities were also a huge letdown. The "free Wi-Fi" barely worked, constantly disconnecting. The breakfast was a joke and they didn't gave us To top it all off, the hotel had a serious pest problem. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom and even a mouse in the hallway. When we complained, the staff didn’t seem to care and offered no solutions. For the price we paid, this was an absolute rip-off. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Never stay here. They dont care about customers they are cheating customers pols dont stay here. Food quality bad staff attitude very very bad

For the price they are charging. The hygine is not good. Staff's behaviour is worse and so judgy

Clean room, clean toilet, good staffs. Nothing special, just normal. Nothing to complain.
