Subject: urgent: unpleasant check-in experience on 17th dc 2024 I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent check-in experience at your hotel on 17th december 2024. Upon my arrival, i had intended to check in to my hotel room by 12 noon as per my original plan. However, due to an early arrival of my flight in bangalore, i reached the hotel approximately 1 hour earlier than expected. This early arrival was a result of a tiring journey from delhi, which lasted over 4 hours, leaving me and my colleague exhausted and in need of rest. Despite our exhaustion, when i requested the receptionist for a 30-minute early check-in to rest, i was denied this request. Given our fatigue and the impending need to freshen up before an important meeting at 1:00 pm, we then requested a room where we could relax and change, but unfortunately, our requests were repeatedly turned down. To our surprise, we were then asked to pay an additional 1000 rs for the early check-in, which seemed unjustified and appeared to be a method of extracting money from us. However, the experience we encountered upon arrival has left us deeply dissatisfied.
