DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Bengaluru

Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly. The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it. Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess. Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands. The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time. Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

Very modern, comfy, clean hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious, clean. The bed quality is high. I arrived with a back pain for which I was about to call a therapist but the bed helped me to recover. The room service by Deepajhan was also very good. The food is awesome! Sunil (the cuisine chef) and the pastry chef are doing a great work. The kitchen is opened on the dining room. This is so cool to see the cuisine activated calmy with so much professionalism. As a French person I was even surprised by the quality of croissants that were better than in many Franxh pastries. The Indian dishes were were varieted. Even people eating low or no spice can find traditional Indian food. This is super clean and hygienic. The service, especially by Neha and Hari, was fiendly, efficient and discret/respectful. The facilities are good too. The roof top with its pool is so pleasant at day or at night. The view is nice and the flowers smelling so good. The transportation service is on time and reliable. The driving is soft and efficient too. The cars are comfortable. À mariage was organized during my stay. Despite the music, the room was so quiet. No noise at all. The air conditioning is also silent. So I slept like a baby!!! About the laundry the service is fast and also good. Tee-shirts, shirts, suits, sneakers… all was cleaned with no issue and very good results. In conclusion this hotel is the best in the whitefield (I tried several). The guest room is more than enough even for a business traveller. So do not hesitate to! Go
