This is a beautiful place. My family has been there for one night. They give us a lot of things to do l. Me and my wife loved it too much. thank you for the service.

Got a metal wire in my minced-pork omelette (evening in-room dining)….
A nice place but some staffs are not so nice.
There were cigarette smokes from somewhere into my room from 1am to around 5am also. Not a good hospitality experience at all :(
(There was no issue with the breakfast though.)

In the room that was dirty, the bedside light could not be turned off. So I informed the staff, but what the staff fixed was to cut out the lights in the entire room. So if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to carry a flashlight. I secretly feel that it is contrary to the price of the accommodation with this kind of service, but the food and other services are ok. The atmosphere is good.

Less than 1 hour drive from Bangkok, you can get local canal view, outdoor seating with Thai cuisine here. Start 17:45 or after that to sit outdoors but there is mosquito at night too. The ambience is lovely & you can feel relax in this place. Plenty of parking. The service is alright but you rarely get good attention from staffs.

We have stopped by here a couple of times for lunch and always not disappointed - for a hotel / restaurant far from bustling Bangkok, the food is surprisingly good. The hotel is quite upmarket and imagine a nice, close weekend staycation for Bangkokians. Our visits have been by boat and the hotel has a nice long pier for docking. Food and service are well presented and very tasty. Good for a weekend lunch away from the crowds.

Wonderful Time during countdown to 2023. Pool Suite is great and service is also good. Thai food is very delicious and canal view is very nature touch. Hotel is not far from subway train station (purple line).

Excellent hotel in a central location in Bangkok, very good connection to the BTS. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and have a beautiful view of the city. A great breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires is a welcome start to the day. The restaurant in the hotel is also highly recommended, the make-your-own hamburger is a hit and if you want to enjoy very good Thai food, the House of Santory is the right place. There is also a very nice bar with excellent cocktails. The same goes for the new bar in the W Hotel Bangkok, it has been newly renovated and has a great atmosphere in addition to the many drinks with vermouth in various varieties. One of the best hotels in Bangkok for us, we would be happy to go back any time.
