I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and contributed to a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was well-equipped. The shuttle bus to the airport was fast and reliable. A big advantage is that you can reach Terminal 1 on foot within a few minutes via an underground passage, where you pass the Superrich currency exchange. The fruit provided in the room was a nice extra. Some drawbacks were the unpleasant smell in the room, possibly because the windows cannot be opened and the interior is somewhat dated. I also found the room numbering a bit confusing—for example, a room on the second floor was numbered 1432. Additionally, it took me some time to find my way to the fitness center. Despite these issues, I had a good stay overall.

A very convenient hotel, perfect for a four or five-hour nap before an early flight. The room was small but clean and tidy, and its location in a corner of the airport made it very quiet. The comments about the toilet being far away were actually quite good; it was just a short walk and an elevator away. To be honest, the price was a bit high, but it's not a choice. If your two flights are not far apart, going back and forth to a hotel outside the airport is too much of a hassle.

The capsule room has everything you need. It is the only accommodation option at Suvarnabhumi Airport that does not require you to leave the airport. The other lounge is charged by the hour. It is spacious, has air conditioning, charging ports, a bottle of water and a pack of tissues, space for luggage, slippers, very convenient. It is very close to the airport 711.

I didn't use it to sleep, just to find a place to wait for the plane and pack my bags a bit. I was only going to be there for a few hours, so I looked for a place that wasn't too expensive. The lady who was taking care of the room was very kind. I recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression. I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better. On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive. The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.

The man at the counter is a big gossip. He said he doesn't like it when people come to stay in groups because it's chaotic. He can gossip, but he hasn't even gotten past the first step.

The staff in front of the hotel did not accept the guests. The water was stinky.

The location is quite biased, and there is a famous temple next to it, you can walk over. Not far from the bang phi Big C mall, there are shopping, eating, KFC, McDonald's and so on. It takes 5 minutes by taxi to get there. There is a large swimming pool on the second floor. Many foreigners from Europe and the United States live here, and the price is relatively cheap. A good choice for free travel, highly recommended.
