One disappointment. We thought that the hotel would be no worse than the neighboring Avani, because they are the same price. In fact, it turned out that the hotel is already outdated and does not have the same territory and infrastructure as the neighboring one. There are no elevators, this is generally unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I had to jump up the stairs to the third floor with a sore back. The gym is a real disgrace, it would be better if it did not exist. The sofa in the room smelled bad. It's good that we only took one night.

First the pros: delicious varied breakfasts, very high quality bed linen and towels, the staff is very responsive. Now the cons: the hotel is very tired, the furniture in the deluxe is very old. Results: for this kind of money, there are much better hotels nearby.

If you want a first-class hotel holiday, this is the right place! The rooms are large and spacious, coffee, tea and water are refilled in the room every day. There is even a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, as well as the necessary bathroom utensils such as toothbrush, razor, cotton buds, etc. The complex is beautiful and everything is super clean. The pool is wonderful and as an alternative the sea and the beach are right next door. There is a restaurant, gym and massages by the pool/beach. The children are well looked after in the kids club with a changing offer and there are also offers for the older ones. Children from 4 years of age are allowed to stay there alone, otherwise at least one supervisor must stay with them. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of joking, especially with the children. The only disadvantage for us was the location, only a small supermarket and an ATM in the next hotel are within walking distance. There are alternatives to the delicious hotel food within walking distance across the beach, but if you like a bit of variety and want to stroll around in the evening, you should look for a more central hotel. Otherwise, there are shuttle buses to the nearest market and to the town of Khao Lak for a fee, which takes around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot book a Grab in this region. There is also an excursion counter and a shuttle bus to the airport, but you can also book them directly on the beach for a little less money.

The service is very good. The staff are very willing to provide nice services to children. The swimming pool is good and has a children's zone. The beach is beautiful and clean.
