If you want a first-class hotel holiday, this is the right place!
The rooms are large and spacious, coffee, tea and water are refilled in the room every day. There is even a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, as well as the necessary bathroom utensils such as toothbrush, razor, cotton buds, etc.
The complex is beautiful and everything is super clean. The pool is wonderful and as an alternative the sea and the beach are right next door. There is a restaurant, gym and massages by the pool/beach. The children are well looked after in the kids club with a changing offer and there are also offers for the older ones. Children from 4 years of age are allowed to stay there alone, otherwise at least one supervisor must stay with them.
The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly and there is a lot of joking, especially with the children. The only disadvantage for us was the location, only a small supermarket and an ATM in the next hotel are within walking distance.
There are alternatives to the delicious hotel food within walking distance across the beach, but if you like a bit of variety and want to stroll around in the evening, you should look for a more central hotel. Otherwise, there are shuttle buses to the nearest market and to the town of Khao Lak for a fee, which takes around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot book a Grab in this region. There is also an excursion counter and a shuttle bus to the airport, but you can also book them directly on the beach for a little less money.
