It’s a new hotel and it’s really clean and spacious . Staff is really nice but somewhat timid when confronting other guests especially like Chinese guests around the pool area or smokers in the open area, when it’s been specified a non smoking hotel. Concierge is amazing especially Wansuri, who always greets us and remembers each guest by their name . It makes a difference when staff is super nice . An amazing hotel, and good value for money , buffet breakfast is very limited and the 9 days we were there , there was no rotation at all hahaha which I think isn’t that great and the gym needs yoga mats for stretching . Pool is nice but Chinese guests need to stop spitting phlegm into the pool and shouting loudly, but overall it was a nice stay . Definitely a good hotel and a lot of parking ! Thank you
