Been there for 10 days. Had to change rooms many times cause of problems with the room. Then I said if I get a good room I’ll book more days. The man at the reception promised me that but they did not contact me anymore for another room. Disappointed with that and I was to tired to keep going and tell them what’s wrong so I slept the extra 3 days in a room where the remote of the tv did not work properly. I was sick so stayed at the hotel for the most time and then it’s very irritating when you wanna watch proper tv. Bad luck I guess. Room looks good but they don’t clean the wall tiles in the shower and the sink or not good enough cause you can see the limescale and mole in the bathroom. If they did that and listen to what’s wrong with the room it would be a 8 of 9 out of 10

It's wonderful to find a great hotel that fits within a budget. These establishments often provide excellent value for their guests. You can enjoy comfortable accommodations and amenities without overspending. Finding a great hotel at a budget price is truly a win-win situation. Overall, it makes for a pleasant experience.

hotel was very neat and comfortable each thing is perfectly fine but there should be more things inside washroom like facewash or toothpaste and the hotel services are very good. we enjoy stying there.🥰🥰

The room is very clean and the colors are stylish. It's a comfortable room. × The breakfast quality is terrible. There are few varieties and the quality of the food is below 3 stars. This is the first time I've had such a bad hotel breakfast. × The reception is also of low standard. Not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. They give little explanation and ignore the people waiting. No smiles. The massage receptionist asked me loudly what my name was and my voice echoed through the hall. It was like a Thai market tout. Not a 5-star hotel.

It's not a bad place for short stays. I liked the service. The staff was very nice and helpful. They could speak English and Chinese. The room was okay, had everything necessary, but what I didn't like was the smell of cigarettes, though there was a warning sign in the room that guests will be charged 2,000 baht for smoking. The swimming pool is not large, but clean. I enjoyed swimming in the morning.

Our stay was okay, but there were several concerns. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs improvement—there were visible stains. We were also assigned to a separate building that felt less secure, with open access to anyone, unlike the main building where the reception is located. Additionally, there was a loud argument between guests just outside our room, which disrupted our stay. Better security, soundproofing, and cleanliness would really help improve the experience.

The experience was amazing—the scenery is beautiful, the building surrounded by pools, daily cleaning, free gym and sauna, fridge, washer, small kitchen, 7-11 and coffee shops nearby. The landlord is responsive and recommended good restaurants. Location is convenient—taxi rides to shopping street/beach are 90 baht. Brand new and spotless, even got a free cleaning during my 5-day stay. Unbeatable value in Pattaya, will definitely come back!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and here's my honest opinion: Cleanliness: On Day 1, I found a few strands of long hair on the toilet floor. On following days, tiny little flies in the toilet, which doesn't seem to go away... sigh Location: Only 5 mins from Walking Street, what more can I ask 😊 Service: All the staffs are friendly & approachable. Kudos to Mr Picky for making every guest feel so welcomed. Amenities: Basic yet ok. Food: Room service = The hotel chef did a great job. The various Thai food that I've ordered are delicious and value for money. Breakfast = Half of the selections are dedicated to our Indian friends. Overall: The hotel staffs are very nice people. The location is convenient. However, there's still room for improvements. No pun intended. P.S. I should've taken photos to back my claims.

The hotel is new, with a bright and spacious lobby, and clean and stylish rooms. The bathroom water pressure is excellent, making showering incredibly comfortable—one of the few hotels where you'd want to stay in the room forever. Some floors are currently closed, but this doesn't affect the quality of the accommodation at all. The infinity pool offers stunning ocean views while swimming, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring Thai and Western dishes, as well as a freshly fried egg station, all of which are delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the overall experience feel like a resort paradise. Highly recommended for travelers looking for new, upscale accommodations with complete facilities; excellent value for money, definitely the top choice for accommodation in Pattaya!
