สภาพภายในห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ฝักบัวเก่ามาก แก้วน้ำในห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด มีคราบขาว
พักห้องชั้นล่าง ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างบนดังมาก ทั้งเสียงเท้าคนเดิน เสียงห้องน้ำเวลาอาบน้ำและกดชักโครก กว่าจะได้นอนคือต้องรอให้ห้องข้างบนสงบ

เชคอินบ่ายสองสี่สิบนาที ห้องไม่พร้อมต้องนั่งรออีกประมานสามสิบว่านาที ...เดินทางมาเหนื่อยๆ ไม่ได้พักทันทีต้องมานั่งรอ ....เสียอารมณ์มาก เพราะ เข้าเลท แล้วยังมารออีก อากาศก็ร้อน ...ลูกค้าออกตั้งแต่เที่ยง เหตใดจึงมาทำความสะอาดห้องตอนเกือบบ่ายสาม...ครับ
บริหารจัดการห้องเข้าพักก็ไม่ชัดเจน ใครมาก่อนได้ห้องก่อนอย่างนั้นหรือ เหตใดไม่บล็อกห้องให้เรียบร้อยตามที่จอง..ขาดความเป็นมืออาชีพมาก
แม่บ้านบ่น..ทำไปบ่นไป...ทำความสะอาดก็ไม่สะอาด ห้องมีกลิ่นคาว น้ำที่ทำความสะอาด

1. ภาพห้องที่จองในเพจไม่ตรงกับห้องที่ได้พัก
ในภาพประเภทห้องที่จอง คืออีกตึก แต่ได้พักอีกตึกแต่ก็รับได้ไม่ได้ซีเรียสอะไร แค่จะดีกว่า ถ้าตรงตามภาพเราอยากได้ห้องที่ต้องการตามภาพ จึงรู้สึกเฟล
2. ในรายละเอียดระบุพร้อมอาหารเช้า แต่พนักงานบอกไม่รวม ทั้งที่ ในใบจอง หรือในรายละเอียดการจองเขียนว่ารวมอาหารเช้า จึงไม่อยากจะโต้เถียง ก็ตามนั้นไม่มีคือไม่มี
