Sofitel stands out among all the rest of the hotels. I had a one-week stay, and Esperanza helped me out so much. She is wonderful and understands what a customer wants or needs help. I had a pleasant stay. I was able to enjoy the gym and play 18 holes of golf. Everyone here was accommodating, and even though I spoke English, it didn't matter because they had the patience to assist me in what I trying to express. Thank you Sofetil

El buffet de hoy fenomenal. Comida 10/10 Servicio impecable Música local mientras comemos ha sido la mejor opción. Hemos pasado un domingo inolvidable en familia después de misa . A mi niña la gustó mucho los dulces. Se acercó la jovencita Concepcion para preguntar cómo lo estamos pasado y de paso nos informó que podemos visitar la piscina por el buen tiempo que hacía

Un domingo inolvidable en familia en el hotel Sofitel de Malabo, nos fuimos primero a la piscina y después al buffet temático. En el buffet nos recibió la señorita Concepción que nos trató muy bien. Recomendación : hace falta variar las frutas , pero por lo general todo bien. Gracias por el servicio.

Aujourd'hui ici tout est bien ; l'accueil et la réception par conception était a l'hauteur ; ainsi que les repas était délicieux , naturellement tout était bien surtout la la plage qui est propre ainsi que la piscine. J'espère revenir chaque dimanche
