GGuest UserOMG! What a great experience staying in this hotel. I've never seen a very clean hotel as this one. The view is beyond my expectation. A breathtaking view is everywhere in this hotel. It's cold here, no A/C, but there is a fireplace in our room. It was my first experience using a fireplace as well. The staff are very friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. I will definitely visit this hotel again if I come here!

레레드썬1975a stylish accommodation with a small pool. the pool has warm water and is available 24/7. however, it is far from bandung city center, which results in significant grab costs. you should plan nearby sightseeing together. since it’s not a hotel, there are no additional facilities outside the accommodation itself, making the overall value for money not very good. the room lacks a refrigerator, and the air conditioner is extremely noisy. ordering meals takes a long time to be processed, so if you have a pre-planned schedule, delayed meals could disrupt your plans. still, if you’re looking to spend a romantic time in the outdoor hot water pool, this place is ideal.

TTaufikVery bad experience at breakfast. We ordered breakfast from 7.30 to 8.13 but it was not delivered to the dining room. The Bobocabin (BC) staff even prioritizes guests who book rooms that do not include breakfast. Even though the breakfast menu is only chicken porridge which is not really worth it with the room price per night being 3 million.
I complained about this at first, they didn't care about the apparent unprofessionalism of the BC staff.
1 hour later Mr. Andi came, who said the Vice Branch Manager apologized for the service. I appreciate Mr Andi's efforts. We also receive maximum compensation for such unprofessionalism.
But the breakfast service model and menu are not really worth it compared to the price per night of the cabin. It's best if BC isn't ready to have breakfast delivered to the cabin. So guests don't wait in the dining room (communal house).
Maybe I'll just stay for the day.
Hopefully this input will be listened to and considered.

AAri SujianaBig hotel, good location near the Soreang toll exit and near the rice fields..cool. complete facilities, some employees are friendly but some are a bit unresponsive especially at the reception. I booked a deluxe room, the room is nice and big. Overall highly recommended

LLeonie JoseThe place is good, private cabin for you only, if you come with couple that will be good for some private time, got kitchen inside and no mini fridge.
No Air Con, at first i thought this was okay, because the environment temperature also around 20°C and sometimes below it, but if you stay inside the cabin on afternoon time, its quite not comfortable, also bad air circulation, if you farting inside, no air con, and the smell will go around inside the room, unless you open the door and let the air flow come out, but when you open the door for quite sometime, many flies go inside your room 😑
Warm water works. Please use slippers, you will have to walk far from the receptionist, through small muddy incline to reach the cabin.
Dear Owner, please make sure the staff clean the wall properly, got black mold on the woods wall and please give the towel doormats instead using thin cut carpets as doormats for toilet, its easily make people slipped when comeout after bath. (I have to request it from receptionist)
And please make a pedestrian or small stairs for reaching the cabins.
