Bandung City Hotels with Wi-Fi

One of the best hotel in bandung. Facilities and staffs services are very good, the garden / small forest inside the hotel is one of a kind. Swimming pool is decent size, room is excellent. I want to give a special shout out to the security team because they are very attentive and helpful in helping us charging our electric car. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to bandung

The hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it. Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Come to Bandung by train for first time. Interesting trip despite low speed. Choosing Ibis hotel as it located near meeting place, hotel is clean and comfortable although it is small. Breakfast is always crowded but variaties is good.

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very good for me to use fitness center. I highly recommend to person who need workout.

The ”pisang goreng” (fried bananas) and ”tahu cabai” (fried chili tofu) are a must try for afternoon coffee or after swim snack in this hotel. Family room with 2 bathrooms, 2 twinbeds, and 1 single bed quite satisfying for the needs of my little family. Friendly staffs are very helpful, especially for our children at breakfast.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Dear Top Management Savoy Hofman Hotel, This is my first time trying your hotel, you claim as 4 star hotel but feels like staying at a Melati Hotel or guesthouse (non star hotel), why? 1. @front desk/ receptionist 2.00pm I came but they only check my booking but the room was not ready and I was asked to wait without a clear estimate of how long and they would call me back or not, then 30 minutes later many guests arrived and they were able to make a transaction and get a room, I who had arrived first, took the initiative to ask again and finally I was able to check in (imagine if I just waited/passive mode) 2. @Room (deluxe twin) room without a view from the window, cheap price for 29-31 Dec 2023, only for Rp 3 Million, but the room was not clean and the extra bed had not been prepared even though the front officer said it had been prepared, but they apologized there was an error in their internal coordination, no problem. However, the furniture table looks slanted and will fall off! this could be dangerous for my 3 year old child, I reported it and it was finally fixed even though I had to wait until 4 pm. Is there any procedure for check the room first before given to the customer? Are there no safety procedures from the hotel, because it could be dangerous especially for kids. I’m glad only stay for 2night in here and continue our vacation in Masion Pine Hotel “Real” 5 star hotel which i have visited 2 times this year & never disappoints. For Management Savoy Hotel, If you claim as a 4star hotel so there alot work to do to be improve immediately! -A-
