Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! The hotel is new, modern & nice. The drawbacks according to my experience: 1. The hot shower can suddenly be cold then hot again & cold again, also the water flow is small. 2. The swimming pool is 1.5m deep so it is difficult for children to swim, it is too deep. Also the size of the pool is not too big, with the number of visitors swimming, the pool is very full. It is not comfortable to swim. 3. Facilities are lacking if just for a staycation.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

The first time I stayed here happened to be the location close to work, the cleanliness is good, the location is good, the staff is friendly and nice, there are many places to eat in front of the hotel and the special thing is that the car is parked in the morning. tks

Generally the experience was good. But it's an aging hotel that needs more maintenance. Our room had a weak AC that could have been improved. And the water faucet had very low pressure. These two items only needed proper maintenance. We experienced 4 different rooms as we stayed 5 nights. Other rooms suffered other simple poor maintenance problems. One room had a discolored sheet. On one morning the buffet breakfast was substituted by á la carte. That's not our preference. It was frustrating that Grab could not properly locate the hotel.

The location was great, so many places to go can through just by walking, the price was very affordable, it’s nice to stay here, and the staff was very polite too, you can find Karen as GRO to help you during your stay at Golden Flower Bandung 🧡

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Overall the hotel service and facilities was excellent, but whirlpool is not that warm enough and also the Location of the hotel is very good, near exit tol pasteur but you need to consider that area is very busy and always have a traffic jam at certain times

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)
