What an absolutely exquisite experience. The small team at VP give you an experience that is truly unique. From the moment you step into the balcony/lobby overlooking amazing hill scenery, you receive an experience that makes you feel like an aristocrat. A beautiful colonial house has been transformed into 8 lovely rooms, with immaculate grounds to walk around and lovely areas to sit, read, chat or just watch. Meal services are an absolute highlight, with Chef Arnanda's food better than any I have enjoyed in Sri Lanka. Raja works so hard to give every guest a special experience and the slow, multiple course experience is one you won't emulate at the usual hotel buffets. Rooms were very comfortable and well designed, and although a bit more attention could be paid to cleaning under the beds and getting rid of bathroom ants, they were very comfortable and well appointed, with beautiful seating directly outside and overlooking the tranquil surrounds. Villa Perpetua is a place to relax, so may not suit families looking for a resort type experience, however it was the accomodation highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Perpetua. It is a beautiful hotel with magnificent views of the valley and hills. The manager and staff were very kind and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the view. We thoroughly recommend Villa Perpetua

We were taken to this wonderful hotel by our tour company "Beyond Bounderies". We were greeted at the hotel entrance with a quenching drink and from then on we just relaxed as everything was done for us. The surroundings is picturesque and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views of the mountain. Thank you to the management for giving us such a memorable time.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Thanks to Raja and Janaki .The location of the hotel is great with mountain view. Rooms were cleaed and the bed was really comfortable. Value for money. Tasty and mouthwatering food.

A great hotel on a human scale, a garden and a magnificent view. A peaceful place. The staff is very friendly and the food is worthy of a very good restaurant. Just take earplugs because it's a bit noisy (dogs barking at night).
