Hallo, wir wurden überwältigt. Was für ein grandioses Zimmer. Neu... Separat... Sauber... Überragend... Die Betten sind neu, absolut bequem und die Lage des Zimmers ist etwas oberhalb vom Gesamtkomplex in einem eigenen Haus...mit tollem Blick ins Gebirge und über die Stadt. Es gibt eine private Terasse und das Bad ist selbst für Europäer überdurchschnittlich. Das Zimmer scheint so neu zu sein, dass wir es noch auf keiner Webseite gefunden hsben. Das Essen läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, aber auch nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder...

Wir waren vom Essen und dem freundlichen Personal begeistert. Außerdem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Ausflug zum Worlds End mit dem Reiseführer Sogar aus dem Hotel. Er hat uns während der Wanderung viel über die Natur und das Leben auf Sri Lanka erzählt und erklärt.

Die Lage mit Aussicht ist einfach super. Die Paradise-Suite ist schön gross. Das Bett ist super bequem. Das Bad ist riesig, sogar mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne (durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder der Reinigung lädt diese allerdings nicht zum Baden ein). Das Essen ist lecker und ausreichend Auswahl ist vorhanden. Besonders schön ist die Auswahl an lokalen heimischen Gerichten. Die Leute sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit Segar haben wir die Teeplantage sowie die Fabrik besucht. Die Tour war sehr schön und interessant, Must See hier. Anschliessend ging es kurz auf den Markt und später wird noch gekocht.

We had a really lovely short stay here. We got Lucky and got a new room, which was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The food was also very good, the staff were kind. We also participated in the trip with a train up to the „Worlds End“ with Thanu. Though the weather wasn‘t too great, we had a really nice time and it was Overall a great experience!

This “hotel” is dreadful - dirty, noisy, rooms that are at best bizarre and grim food! Over a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka where everywhere was amazing, this hotel was by far the worst. I would ignore all the apparent 4 star reviews, I wonder where they came from!! Under no circumstances accept a room in the 100s

Characterful room with comfortable 4 poster bed. Great space and layout for 2 people's belongings. Bathroom was huge and the two showers excellent, the best during our two week tour of Sri Lanka. Breakfast was also good with a big choice . Staff fantastic.

Echt klasse hier. Wir haben die neue Suite ganz oben … erstklassig. See liebevoll hergerichtet, charmant. Die Wanderung im Naturpark mit unserem Guide Pule war sehr interessant und lehrreich. Er hat uns geduldig alles erklärt. Überhaupt ist der Service hier erstklassig. Wir würden gerne bleiben.

The massage arrangements are a complete rip off. The massage was not as quoted because the price does not include masseurs' payment and the masseurs follow you to your room to ensure they are paid. Stressful++×+×+++++++++++++++++++++++
