We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru with our family, including our 3-year-old twins. The hotel perfectly blends a vibrant rock-and-roll atmosphere with family-friendly amenities.The kids' pool area was a highlight for us, featuring splash zones and shallow waters that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The staff were incredibly attentive specially duty manager Syam who helped us with in getting interconnected room since our request didn't go through in the system, and the hotel's thoughtful touches, like kid-friendly dining options and a welcoming vibe, made traveling with toddlers so much easier. The private beach is 5 mins walk through a short passage crossing WESTIN. Our interconnected rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fun rock-themed decor that our twins loved. We also appreciated the proximity to Adventure Waterpark, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru is an excellent choice for families seeking a mix of relaxation and fun. We'll definitely return!

BEST 3D2N SPENT! From the time we reached till we check out, everything was seamless & service was beyond words. We were greeted with kompang by their excellent staff. Took them about 15 - 20 minutes to prepare our keys & deposit of 500rm by cash. If by credit card will be RM1k. The view while waiting for our keys was amazing. Light snacks was given while waiting. Definitely an experience here. Worth every penny. The best experience by far. The service is really on top. I dont know how describe but i will forever remember this place. Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

Everytime i go to pengerang, this hotel will be my choice to stay. The room is quite interesting becoz it was originally 2 storey of cabin/container. The room is big, clean, and for me it was beautiful. There was a swimming pool for adult & kids. The only thing that i a bit dislike is the room did not provide iron & board and also dont have hair dryer. At beginning of stay here i usually ask for the iron. But they took so long to sent it. So a bit dissapointed with the service.

1 of the best resort in Pengerang-Desaru beach front. The pool is very nice. Can shelter from hot sunny at the kids area. Nice beach cafe at night. Good & affordable restaurant seafood/masakan panas(halal). Got an affordable convenience store. Everything is there. Nice seaview room.

cheap and suitable for super cost-effective travel .. close to the sea view. and 30 minutes to the village

Had a little issue with checking in but was resolved so overall is still okay. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but given the price, I can't expect much. Value for money if staying with a huge family. The interior is pretty decent, but will be better if the rooms have TVs as well...
