We didn’t check in this Villa as we booked the w Rong date. Actually we intention to book is for next year 2026 30th April to 3rd May. But we are very disappointed that the Villa Holder didn’t inform us on 30th April (the date that we should check in). I only received the email from Trip.com on 3rd May for the staying satisfaction. Then I only realised that we booked the wrong date (year). I requested for the booking that I booked to postpone to next year same date. But couldn’t accepted by the Villa Holder. I think the Holder are too No human touch. I am very disappointed. Because actually next year we are planning to book 3 Villa, because we have total of 24 persons going.
