Overall good for accommodation during staying in Lampung.. 30 minutes drive to the airport and this hotel connecting to mall which has restaurants and coffee shops... good service and clean.. easy check in and check out.. room size also okay... not small and the aircond also cold.. TV channels not much choices.. breakfast items everage and taste are standard hotel 4 stars..

The hotel is clean, the hotel staff are all friendly, it's just that the request for a birthday greeting in the mirror was missed but when the receptionist was told it was immediately done. The staff are really okay Super duper friendly The staff at the restaurant at breakfast were all really friendly and super helpful The swimming pool is large and clean Even though it is in the middle of the city, the hotel has a resort feel Very good for a staycation Next, we will have another staycation here Thank you Sheraton

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...Her name is...Bella or something like that...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

I stayed on Emersia Hotel during a long holiday (13 Mei 2022), so when need to extend my booking, the room is almost fully booked. For services, cleanlines are verry good. For amneities must be reviewed again by hotels.. Swimming pool is not too large, so it's look little bit crowded when many guest are swimming. Thank you Emersia hotel

The facilities were very good, but because it was new, finding the location was very difficult (they said in Google Maps it was wrong and there were no signs to help new comers find it) and the service was disappointing. The website said we could check in at 14.00 but when we came on time, they said the check in was at 15.00, so we waited but not until 16.00-ish and asked why it was taking so long did we get our rooms (which was also not what we asked for so we waited longer to wait for our other room— we ordered 2 rooms). They gave a compensated fruit to apologize, thank you for that but we hope for the next customers it can get better.

comfortable hotel, connected to the mall. quite complete facilities and cleanliness is maintained. will consider staying here again next time.

The ratings are strictly based on those categories. Seriously, I am unsure about the other floors but on the 21st floor, the sound proofing between rooms and ceiling is horrendous. Chatter and movement of furniture, water sound from the tap can be heard clearly.. its from a non connecting room. Staff are really polite and helpful I must say. Gym facilities is excellent. As for the pool, if you are a non-smoker, you may prefer to avoid it as smoking is allowed on some seating areas. The shopping mall is not in operation yet so consider your options before you book.
