Simple not any special, but the security still some worry about this , we stay in another building but not any security an lock at ground floor anybody and come in to the hotel

The location of the place is strategic because it is close to the main places and the focus. The lighting in the room is very bad. There are no lights in the main living area of the room and the area of the room is quite narrow and uncomfortable. The check in process is slow, there is only one staff on duty at the counter and things are slow because they are not skilled. There needs to be an improvement in the service at the counter. Thank you.

Changed rooms twice. The first room had no window, the second room's air conditioner didn't work, and the third room had a window but the air circulation was very poor.
