best experience.. family room security always pantau. mmg suplerb clean, ada masalah apa² bgtau je reception. nak angkaat beg pon ada bantu, . anak ramai xdpt nk pgg beg sgt, ada helper sgt² berterima kasih.. akan repeat lagi. tp checkout mcm terlalu awal. 11pg dh kene checkout. xpuas.

This is the first time I stayed in Tenera, and will be my final one too. It was raining heavily on 22/11 and we couldnt see clearly the lines on the road. Our family just back to the hotel by driving our car. There was a car in front of us who stopped for no reason, so we by passed it and suddenly a security stood in front of us. I quickly stopped my car. It was a shocked for us. But the security was so fierce and acted like he wanted to punch us outside the car. Another security came and pointed at us. We were so scared. They were like the ”********” rather than security. It was so scary. We told the counter ”Mira”, she was very nice and kept apologising. It wasnt her fault at all but she kept saying sorry. She is a very good staff. Hence we are not going there anymore. Too scary as they treat hotel guests like that. Scary. We were so scared that we immediately left the next day. We dunno what would happen to our car and us if we didnt leave immediately.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

LOCATION HOTEL SANGAT STRATEGIK, DEKAT DENGAN TEMPAT MAKAN, SHOPPING CENTER, CUMANYA MALAM AGAK BISING DEKAT DENGAN JALAN TAPI TIDAK LAH SAMPAI MENGGANGGU TIDUR SEBAB LOKASI DI TEMPAT YANG OKAY. STAFF PUN OKAY, ANSWERED ALL QUESTION DENGAN BAIK, DAN MUDAH BERURUSAN.

The Evo Soho Condo is right next to a mall, with many Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket, Food Court etc. So it was great. And the Staffs of Comfort Zone Guest House & Condo building are friendly.

The bane of cheap roadside hotels in Malaysia is the noise one gets from the motorbikes and cars even in the wee hours. This one is nestled away from the main street and is quiet. If that is what you are looking forward to, then this is the place. Texas chicken and some other eateries are just across the road. The larger double room has better value for money than the single one as its only a fiver add-on. Furnishings a tad skimpy but then what do you expect for a next to nothing budget place just to sleep and bathe. Parking is off street but the hotel provide coupons for sale (so you may prepay at designated times when you may still be sleeping). Hotel is 4 storeys but theres a ramp and lift. The pictures here are of a small single room I stayed during the first night. So you understand why I switched to a larger room.

Stay for 1 night during the water disruption. The room is consider small, no fridge, only mugs are provided, without any tea or coffee. Near to many eateries. Also near to Bangi Sentral where most people went shopping.

Strategically located near bangi sentral. For those aim for shopping for raya this is an option to consider. You can shop till night and sleep here

Large room, very okay. Comfortable! Only the toilet is not clean, it smells. Tv not function well, no signal. If you want to eat, it's fun, go downstairs, there are all kinds of things.
