I visited for spring skiing. Since it was the end of the ski season, the snow conditions were not the best, but the lifts were accessible right in front of the hotel, and full child equipment rentals were free, making it a very convenient ski stay for families with children. In that case, you don't need a kettle. The pillow was made of polyester cotton and was floppy, but strangely strong. The unit bath was disappointing for me, who doesn't use the large public bath, and although it can't be helped since we were on a tour, I don't think I would choose this hotel myself.
