Super satisfied! The front desk was very friendly and polite. The room with two single beds was changed to a double bed room. The view was perfect and I didn't want to leave the window at all. The breakfast was rich and the Feldon-style bacon was delicious. Dinner was relatively not my type, but the service experience for two nights was also very good. Although I missed the official 2-night stay event, I was generally satisfied. I may come again on future anniversaries.

Positives - Lovely accommodation and facilities, staff friendly and helpful. Bar is open late too which is great as restaurant closes at 10pm, nice surroundings and furnishing outside. Negatives - No air con in rooms so bedroom was very hot, extractor fan in bathroom very loud. One guest was very loud at night and you can hear a lot from the rooms so this woke us. Breakfast was ok - small (one egg, one sausage, one bacon etc) and the mushrooms were soaked in garlic which we found odd but staff and service was good. If there’s the option to do room only we would probably do this next time instead of bed and breakfast.

Excellent customer service throughout and the food was top notch! Highly recommend this place! Special mention goes to Annette and Alex (based at the restaurant) for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail!

Arrived and was greated by a friendly receptionist, usual room and hotel information given. Room was nice, extremely clean. Nespresso machine and nice bedding. Big no no for us was no tv in the room. We were offered a tablet to watch tv which was not great! We then went over to the bar in the golf club which was nice. Only downfall we were questioned about where we having our evening meal...a bit pushy to be honest so we left and went elsewhere. Breakfast was beautiful! The hash brown was absolutely stunning! Honemade beans! Everything super fresh! A must try. Overall I would say this was a very good hotel.

We had the most incredible stay at Feldon Valley and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful team, who made us feel right at home. A special mention has to go to Alex, who looked after us incredibly well in the restaurant —his attention to detail and friendly service made all the difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care and passion goes into the menu, and it really shows. The facilities were spot on, from the stylish and comfortable rooms to the stunning surroundings. Everything was immaculate, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. A huge thank you to the entire team at Feldon Valley for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

Lovely lovely getaway with a beautiful view very tranquil, we came for Valentine’s Day and had the lodge room. Would defo visit again, staff were very attentive and polite. Very relaxing break, lucky there’s an onsite restaurant because it’s located in the woods but that was the whole idea of the getaway to escape the fast life. Room was very very clean and smelt amazing. Overall, I would give it a 8.5/10, an on site convenience store would be great.

Absolutely fantastic two night stay. So relaxing and peaceful. Front desk staff were brilliant and so helpful. Would highly recommend! We had a suite in the lodges and it’s was impeccable and the views were amazing.
