Receptionist seemed to be very blunt and charged me for breakfast even though she said it was included ! As soon as French people came over she was very pleasant ... at breakfast she put us on a table with no settings and gave all the French a croissant but not us ... almost comical like something off a TV sitcom .... but the room was beautiful with good views and very clean ... but avoid if you're British :)

Un très bel hôtel qui change agréablement des hotels:de chai et impersonnel! Nous avons eu une chambre qui donnait sur le parc magnifique avec le chant de la rivière pour accompagner notre nuit. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Nous avions réservée une suite, qui s'avèrait à peine une chambre. L'Hotel n'a pas de restaurant et il y a très peu de possibilités convenables à proximité. La ventilation de la salle de bain cause un bruit grave toute la nuit.

Les prestations ne sont pas dignes d'un hôtel trois étoiles! Prix exorbitants dans ces conditions... Accueil par le personnel très impersonnel, pas convivial du tout! Même si nous sommes en fin de saison, un sourire ne coûte rien! Petit déjeuner médiocre: buffet entassé sur une minuscule table ne donnant pas envie du tout de se servir, lait froid, jus de fruit et chocolat de mauvaise qualité etc... Décidément je continuerai à retourner dans des chambres d'hôtes où le rapport qualité/ prix est bien meilleur et où, en règle générale, on est beaucoup mieux accuelli

As our heading states...................if you can tolerate the arrogance at reception, then pick a back room. The rooms are tiny and do NOT meet the advertised description. The restaurant, which raves about itself does not open. The main road noise is atrocious.

2 ET NON PAS 3 ETOILES Hotel proche de l'autoroute. mais pas de nuisance sonore. Parking en contrebas non sécurisé Un accueil courtois et professionnel Une chambre sans âme qui n'a strictement rien de grand confort contrairement à ce qui m'a été vendu. Chambre très froide, le chauffage ne peut être maintenu la nuit. Il fait un bruit improbable. La literie est certe de très bonne qualité mais dommage ce n'est pas un grand lit mais 2 petits couchages rapprochés Salle d'eau petite. Un manqué reel d'espace meme pour une personne seule Soirée Etape 90€ ; raisonnablement, nous sommes loin de la ville, d'expérience ce ne devrait être que 70€/75€ pas plus. Pas de restaurant mais un plateau d'un restaurant voisin

Comment peux t-on avoir un commerce et ne pas savoir se remettre en question ? et bien pourtant malgré des prestations de bonne qualité (neuf, éco-tourisme, sourire ajouté au profond décolleté de la réceptionniste, grand parking, rivière, facilité d'accès de la A 75, chambre propre) vous n'avez pas la courtoisie, l'amabilité, l'écoute, la gentillesse que tout professionnel du commerce doit avoir envers sa clientèle, donc attention c'est à vous client de vous mettre au service du personnel, les temps changent!!!!!!!!!!! Le petit déj, bonne charcuterie (saucisson et jambon crus) fromage (laguiole et bleu) fruits saison, céréales de 2 sortes, le café c'est du réchauffé!! la brioche pays vieille et sèche, puis 2 malheureuses confitures et une sorte de miel et pour finir de la baguette fraîche mais banale alors que la région offre plein de produits variés qui rappelleraient le concept déco tourisme, à 8 € on peut attendre une proposition autre, mais bon il y a sur la commune d'autre proposition d'hébergement à faire.
