This was quite literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We walked into our hotel room and were greeted by not one but TWO cockroaches. Then, we look in the bathroom and see hair in the shower. The bathroom had not been cleaned before us and we were very disappointed. THEN, we open the bed, and see HAIR INSIDE THE SHEETS. The cleaning staff did not change the sheets between guests!! They admitted to it when we called them angrilly, by stating that one of their staff members has a reputation of not changing sheets between guests. Isn't that DISGUSTING?? Overall, I would give this hotel a -1/5 stars. If you stay here, make sure to check the sheets!!

The room had not been cleaned from prior guest. TVs bedsheets and pillow cases had a smell. No toilet paper. Shower and bathroom was dirty. The property had an issue with seeer system and the whole property had the smell of the sewer. Horrible place. Keep away. Better to spend the night in your car.

Very unprofessional staff. Totally not worth the price . Upon checking in I was told nothing is included and then on check out I was charged for food that I never received. Bathrooms are not clean and loss of electricity every 2 hours
Pool had no water either .

Great hotel with great ambiance, nice swimming pool, lavish green garden, highly recommended this resort.staff is very courteous, and attentive.food was delicious, ample parking space., Villa is ultimately designed, feel like unique.
