Comfortable and homely vibe. Special mention to Ms. Simran Ms. Chotti, they are very courteous. The cafe staff too very courteous. Enjoyed our stay very much❤the food served in Qmin very authentic and a very good spread for bfast. Housekeeping staff very polite and good. There is gym and play area as well.

Worst housekeeping staff and lethargic reception I have ever experienced. Even after an hour of requests, they were still just giving instructions to each other. The entire housekeeping and reception team is untrained and extremely miserable.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality. It was our sixth visit, and we were really concerned regarding the service but no doubt we had a wonderful time staying over here.. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions." I hope we will meet again in this hotel soon and I will tell my family and friends about this wonderful experience. I stayed for a night on my business trip. The property is located at prime location. The room, though small, was very cosy and well designed - perfect for a quick business travel. They have taken care of the fact that enough and more charging points are provided across the room so that you can charge your gadgets irrespective of which part of room you are sitting. Sanjana at reception desk was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was as good as any other hotel. But I loved the lobby the most. It provides a very youthful atmosphere where you can work while sipping a cup of coffee...a starbucks-que experience...perhaps better than that. Highly recommended.
