Grand Hyatt Goa

We had a delightful experience at Grand Hyatt Bambolin. Fabulous property , awesome service, great food. This was our second time at Hyatt Goa, they made our stay so memorable that we would love a repeat at the same place

The property was among the best that we have lived at. The upkeep of the entire property including the rooms is immaculate. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and went above and beyond always to make the stay enjoyable. The dining options as well as the quality of the food on offer is of exceptional quality.

Property is good, lot of things to do but if u expect good food service so it was messy. I had breakfast 2 times in 2 different restaurant but both places staff was not able to manage due to hotel getting fully booked

Resort is quite large, wonderfully located between Airport and Panaji on the North side. Taxis no problems. One can call Taxis of his/her choice. Rooms are pretty large and good ambience and Ocean looking. Very neat & Clean. Breakfast was well spread out to each one's taste buds and cuisine. Chulha Restaurant inside the Hotel is very good with detailed menu. Very tasty food and quick delivery. Especially Mr. Ramen at Chulha is too Customer friendly and walks that extra mile to satisfy the needs of the Customers

Our stay at the Hyatt in Goa was a complete letdown, right from the moment we arrived. We had booked interconnected rooms well in advance and received confirmation, but when we got there, we were casually informed it wasn’t possible. No reason given, no apology offered, just a cold shrug. That set the tone. The staff throughout the property were shockingly rude and uninterested, especially the restaurant manager who managed to turn a simple meal into an episode of chaos. We were given a table at the check-in counter and then told by the same manager to vacate it moments later with no explanation. Turns out there was no real reservation system at all, just a first-come first-serve mess disguised as procedure. Dining was another disaster altogether, slow, chaotic, and marked by a complete lack of professionalism or basic courtesy. And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, part of the roof collapsed near the coffee shop. Yes, literally collapsed. No storm, no unusual weather, just poor upkeep. The staff barely reacted, like it was just another day. For a brand like Hyatt, this was beyond disappointing. This wasn’t luxury or even basic hospitality. It was mismanagement wrapped in apathy. There are far better places in Goa. This one’s a hard no.

Room was very comfortable bed was comfortable and the view from guest house 3 remarkable, had a great stay, landscaping was good very neat and clean envoirment
