An awesome location, the ambience, the staff , the lounge staff went over the top with their service quality. I will be recommending this place to everyone. One of my most favourite hotels stayed at in a while

We really enjoyed the stay at the Grand Hyatt! This bay facing property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs which added to our satisfaction. It is a big property with good walking areas ***** the water. You can enjoy a relaxed vacation here and feel like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We wanted to spend our 2 decades of togetherness at a calm quite place with our only child. We at first thought that we should just go to the Seychelles and relax there, however, our child's exams were too near and we dropped that idea. As luck would have it my office employees wanted to have their annual offsite at Goa around the same dates. I thought as well i could capitalize on the opportunity and planned our vacation in Goa and selected the Grand Hyatt for the ocassion. I should say it was one of the best decisions we took. Right from checking in to getting access to a spacious room, the hospitality was just A+. Prompt room service, great housekeeping and the ambience were so good that we could not just come to terms with how blissful it was. We lazed around on all the 3 nights that we stayed. The breakfast was a lavish spread in a fantastic setting. The walks ***** the periphery of the property with the waves lashing on to the boundary was surreal and we would just spend hours there. The building itself is beautifully maintained. Spotless inside and manicured on the outside. The Capiz bar was splendid. We used the travel desk and they were spot on with polite drivers and cleanly kepts Innovas. Chulha the restaurant was good.

This is an amazing property , it's not just the location and infra what makes it soo amazing but the staff. Staff here is extraordinarily dedicated and commited to their guests, I have had a super fantastic experience here. Everyone here is self motivated and would not hesitate a bit in going extra miles to serve the guests, their hosting their hospitality is next level. I am literally falling short of the words here, the staff is a team of super heros, I can recall few names Room service: 10 on 10 Bhaskar, Varsha and Rohit Dubey , these guys are perfect at their work you can not imagine Concierge: 10 on 10 Ronit nice guy Dinning hall: 10 on 10 Team of superheros I would say Avengers Jenisha, Amit, both Aman, Moupiya, Ganesh, Rohan, OM, Mahesh,Aditya, Rajan, Harsh, Bikram I might have missed few names but everyone literally everyone here was no less than a superstar. Their staff setting next level benchmarks in hospitality

I recently had the chance to stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa again, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. Varun made check-in smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for another memorable stay. The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, offering comfort and style. The meal was good, with a nice variety of options. The swimming pools and gym are excellent, and the ambiance throughout the hotel is perfect for relaxation. The property is beautifully kept, with plenty of activities introduced to keep everyone engaged. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The resort is beautifully designed with an accessible location and with beach just minutes of walk away from the room.

It’s our second visit in a year and we came back only because of hospitality offered by staff and we wanted to indulge in luxury and warm welcome offered by staff especially Deepmala . She was super helpful in addressing our queries and we were offered kid friendly room thanks for gesture of kindness
