Keine Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel lose, musste man zum Schminken mit einer Hand halten, im sich sehen zu können, Beleuchtung zum Schminken viel zu dunkel keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe, Zimmerreinigung nur alle 2 Tage, es sei denn, man sieht das vorher und bestellt es extra für jeden Tag Toilette stinkt, Frühstücksbuffet lieblos Late-Checkout war für uns nicht möglich.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer roch es muffig. Es gibt keine Doppelbetten, nur Einzelbetten, die man aber zusammenschieben kann. Zimmerservice alle 2 Tage. Das Frühstück war hingegen ansprechend und der Service freundlich. Wir haben 199 € pro Nacht inkl. Frühstück gezahlt. Max. 130 € wären angemessen gewesen, wenn man Hotels in der Umgebung vergleicht. Positiv war die Lage direkt am Fluss und die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

War drei Nächte bei einer Tagung da. Es handelt sich um ein Kettenhotel an der Kongresshalle Bamberg direkt an der Regnitz in Innenstadtnähe mit schönen eigenen Veranstaltungstäumlichkeiten und großer, teile. öffentlicher Tiefgarage. Soweit so gut, was gestört hat war die 2tägige Zimmerreinigung ohne Kompensationen- aber mit der Option auf tägliche Reinigung. Die wurde aber nur auf Nachfrage um 17 Uhr durchgeführt. Sauberkeit und Mobiliar verdienen höchstens die Note ausreichend, Teppich und Sessel verschossen. Unter dem Sessel nicht gesaugt…. Ingesamt in Ordnung aber ohne Esprit.

Sauber, ordentlich. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Der Fitnessraum war allerdings nur eine Alibi-Einrichtung, schlecht ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war ganz geschlossen!
