Hotel is located in center of Baltimore the front desk was excellent very helpful with our check in and luggage storage on checkout. I will definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

Ended up staying three nights at the Brexton with some friends over the Easter weekend after an Airbnb cancelation left us in a bind. Price was reasonable and the location was convenient as our party was very reliant on public transportation for the trip. The light rail and several bus stops were within walking distance. As for the hotel and room, it was OK. Nothing special but it was suitable for what we needed. A little rough around the edges but clean and pretty comfortable. TV was a bit wonky but after about 10 minutes of messing around with the remote we were able to update the television, and it was fine from there on out. The "Breakfast" was some grocery store mini pastries and a few small bottles of juice. If you need a real breakfast, you'll have to go elsewhere. Thankfully we found a few spots within a 5-minute walk that were pretty good options for that time of day. The highlight of the stay was by far the staff. Very friendly and welcoming and gave some really good tips on places around the hotel to check out. The one issue I did have was when a worker tried entering my room a few minutes after I checked in. I'll chalk that one up to bad timing. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to be in the neighborhood, but I think next time I'm in Charm City I'll stay down by the harbor.

Beautiful restored old hotel and pleasant staff. Free safe parking and good neighborhood. Easy access to major highways and close to stadiums and casinos. Glad i found this gem will be there regularly on bussiness. Great historical story with this building.

The place is beautiful. We love older buildings and the room itself felt more like an apartment than hotel room. We were on the 3rd floor. Hotel is very quiet. Staff was very nice. Would highly recommend. Stayed overnight for a concert at Metro Gallery. Easy walk. Thanks again. JJ & Jackie Lititz PA

Stay Away
This was by farthest one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. There were stains in the dresser and refrigerator. The comforter had a huge muted stain it as if they had attempted to clean it but couldn’t. The floors were dirty, walls scuffed up and the air conditioner dripped water above the door. We complained about our room and we were moved to another room in which it was clear the rug had never been vacuumed. We left and did not come back. We were forced to pay for a night at a different hotel because I couldn’t subject my child to staying there.

I stayed overnight for the snowstorm because I had to return to the hospital the next morning. The location was convenient. The staff did a good job with upkeeping.
