Hotel is located in center of Baltimore the front desk was excellent very helpful with our check in and luggage storage on checkout. I will definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

I stayed overnight for the snowstorm because I had to return to the hospital the next morning. The location was convenient. The staff did a good job with upkeeping.

Do not stay there
Room was filthy. Dirty towels. The bed was not made. Trash in the bathroom and room trash cans. Bad area. No parking. Bad check in.

Will not be back
Arrived after 7 hour drive, never been to the city, asked the front desk woman about parking and she was rude. Told us to park out front but it was only 4 hour parking? Then when we tried to check in she was saying there weren’t enough rooms and then was on her personal phone talking about a birthday party the entire time. We get up to the room and there were bugs in the makeup on a pig makeover of a bathroom, stained sheets and hanging cords and power *****. No amenities, terrible customer service, no parking, small room and poor check in and room appearance
