The hotel is a bit old and there is almost no room service. Everything else is good. The hotel Go is really welcoming, and both children and the elderly are mobilized. It is indeed a big club.

The room is a little small, but because this resort is a little old, it is understandable hahahaha. Although the area is small, the air conditioning is sufficient and the room is very clean and tidy. This is the fourth time I have booked clubmed. I want to visit every country because I like this resort so much. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and traveling outside the village. Every GO here is very friendly. I don’t have to worry too much about communication even if I go to a resort abroad even if my English is not very good. I will continue to use clubmed during the winter vacation.

We booked a seven-night stay. The room was far from the lobby for the first three days and we had to pass through two areas under renovation. It was a bad experience. After trying to change rooms to no avail, we were able to stay in a satisfactory room for the next four days. The Kids Club was good. Rebecca, Sister Orange, Apple, everyone was very nice. Thanks to Miss Ping in the main restaurant for her help.

As soon as we enter the resort, the waiter will deliver the luggage to the room where we are staying. We will also wear a bracelet, which is also the room card and the pass to enter the resort. The guest room is in a wooden house, 21 square meters, very small, one side is by the sea, and the other side is by the wooden house. The scenery outside is very good. I was woken up by the birds in the morning, and it took less than three minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. The environment of the resort is very good. There are four restaurants in total, and there is another restaurant on the beach. We usually eat in the main restaurant. The beach restaurant needs to be booked in advance on the mobile phone. We were lucky to go there twice. The resort has a large open-air swimming pool, which is divided into several pools for children and adults. You need to wait in line to take a small train to the beach restaurant for sailboats and rubber boats. There are Chinese waiters in almost all areas from the front desk to the restaurant, and they are very friendly to Chinese. There is no language barrier, nice! There are custody for children from a few years old to teenagers, and adults can secretly give themselves a vacation here. Because it is all-inclusive here, the consumption of less than 7,000 for 3 nights, plus all kinds of services, it is still highly recommended. I will definitely come here for vacation if I have the opportunity.

I have stayed at Club Med in the Maldives before, and this time I stayed at this hotel in Malaysia, which really overturned my previous good impression! The room facilities are very, very old and probably haven't been renovated in decades, which is bearable. After all, I don't spend much time in the room. The hardest thing to accept is that the service is not meticulous and not so friendly to Chinese people. Although the difference in treatment is not obvious, it is obvious. It seems that there is no enthusiasm for Chinese speakers! The Chinese employees are not very promising. During the evening performance, the Korean and Japanese employees introduced their country of origin in a very high-profile manner, but the Chinese employees never introduced where they were from, haha! When we left the carpool, the Korean GO said goodbye to several Koreans enthusiastically, but no one said goodbye to us, although I wasn’t surprised either! Only **** will treat the Chinese differently. In the future, our strength will make your faces crackle!

The room was very small and old. The environment is beautiful. The attitude of the staff was average. Although GO was very enthusiastic, five or six small things happened, which made me pay closer attention and found that they would treat tourists unequally. I even had reason to suspect that they were racially discriminatory. These little things may pass by casually to Chinese people, but when they happen to my children, they make me observe them carefully. Won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone I know.

4-10 years old children's club: make an appointment in advance, it is very suitable for taking children to have fun. Three meals a day and designated drinks (2 adults and 1 child), dinner and breakfast are great, lunch is average. Rich land and water sports & leisure activities (2 adults and 1 child): very worthwhile to experience, the motorboat is charged separately. 😏
