El muchacho ( Flaco alto) de la recepcion poco expeditivo y muy descortés, el ascensor cada rato descompuesto y los señores encargados de traer y llevar el auto al estacionamiento fueron todos muy descortés...en síntesis una muy mala experiencia en el hotel..no le recomiendo a nadie

Hotel says that children up to 5 years old do not pay, however the bed is too small for 2 adults, the child does not fit, there are no towels for children, there are no pillows, in other words, there is nothing, terrible service and the room is smelly and dirty.

We booked a room and stayed for 4 hours.
The room was very old, smelled musty and only had open channels on the TV.
The reservation said it was a double bed, when we got there there were two single beds "joined" by a sheet and to make matters worse one bed was higher than the other, so there was a "step" between one bed and the other. I asked to change rooms, but the reception refused. Anyway, we got to the hotel around 4pm and left at 7pm because there was no way we could sleep in a "double bed" with a "step in the middle".
It was disappointing, we paid for a room and breakfast that we didn't use, as well as an expensive garage fee (40.00), which we also didn't use.
Terrible.
