The hotel charges 60,00 to provide a school card being q on this card is written... free daily 01.. i.e. the hotel receives this school courtship card and charges you the daily value. If this was not enough, if vc was directly at the academy the daily value is 60,00, so anyone would pay the same value. To conclude, if you are a person q likes to go to the academy stay know q the hotel has no academy and tb has no agreement with no academy. Thank you.

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance.
