The room was okay, but because it was on the top floor, there was no sign reminding us of frequent encounters, and the location of the door was not easy to find.

Had a very pleasant stay , thank you to the front desk for arranging our preferred room type with ease. Pleasant clean room with a bath tub and a quiet area to get a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast included but purchased at the hotel , the full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and very tasty . The location is perfect , there is a bus stop outside that can take you to various points of loch lomond and the buses take contact less too.

The hygiene service is good, the room and shared bathroom are clean. It is very close to Balloch train station.
