Everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect. What wasn’t close by was a short drive away. Ocean across the road, river around the corner. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on and the layout of the rooms maximises privacy. Garden setting is very nice. It was an amazing stay!

The room is small, the layout is very unreasonable, the privacy is not very good, the basic facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is very good, just by the sea, even the houses in the nearby residential areas are very beautiful and worth watching.

Great clean Motel in the centre of Ballina, bed was extremely comfortable and rooms were very spacious for my family. Many food options right outside the door. 200m away from the river with lovely family walks to do and great bike paths. Workers are so kind and helped with all my needs. My family loved coming here and would definitely come back.

The room is not big, but the kitchen equipment is quite complete, there is no problem in cooking for yourself! Booked for two big and one small occupancy, so it is a double bed + a single bed room type. Good choice~

The location is good, it is attached to the road and close to the center. We had taken an accommodation with a room with a large bed and a bunk bed for three that we were going and our surprise was that they gave us a much better and larger one with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with four bunk beds, living room, bathroom, toilet for the same price. I think it was because we didn't have Wi-Fi because of the floods that had occurred, but a great detail on his part. The facilities very well. There are courts to play tennis and they provide you with the material. It was a great room very spacious, catered to my needs.Wanting a quieter room at the back of the property.Nice architecture and simple decor.Outside could hear the birds singing . Outside a little hard to park elavated on a slope parallel parking to the property. Practical , mini fridge was quiet , a round table with chairs to have takeaway dinner and all utensils handy. Bed was comfortable , good subtle lighting. For some reason my room didn't have an airconditioner/ heater remote. Mentioned it at checkout to the owner, so was a cold night. The blanket was a bit light and not warm enough. Sheets were crispy and large. Otherwise bathroom was a good size and warm water straight away. No lock on the inside of the door, but has a outside lock. Good location on a roundabout. Lismore is a beautiful suburb with great restaurants. Easy to navigate the motel was a budget price in a nice area.
