Bon hôtel
Personnel très agréable, bon petit déjeuner, le parking proche de l'hôtel est peu cher, la piscine était fermée car son chauffage était en panne! Bon emplacement.

Wir haben einen dreitägigen Wellness Aufenthalt gebucht. An der Reception wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein angenehme Größe. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden jedoch kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Die Abendmenü waren lecker. Wir hatten Massagen gebucht, welche wir sehr genossen. Wir finden, dass Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht optimal abgetrennt, hier ist Nachholbedarf. Zum Abschluss wurde den Gästen ein kleiner Bernstein übergeben.

Das Schlosshotel ist ein imposantes Anwesen im Herzen von Ballenstedt. Man kann vor hier alles gut erreichen mit dem Auto. Ein toller Service vom Hotel sind die Tickets für den kostenlosen Nahverkehr. Lobenswert ist das wirklich gute Frühstück im Frühstücksraum in gemütlicher Atmosphäre in aller Ruhe. Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil wir niveauvoll übernachten wollten. Das Hotel hat einen mittig gelegenen Feiersaal mit großer Kuppel über 2 Etagen. 2 Korridore mit Gästezimmern erstrecken sich von dort. Wir hatten das Wochenende keine ruhige Nacht. Freitag Krimidiner, Samstag Hochzeit. Fraglich ist, ob normale Hotelzimmer, Wand an Wand mit dem Partysaal mit Disco- Musik bis in die Morgenstunden überhaupt vermietet werden müssen, an Gäste, die nicht zur Feier- Gesellschaft gehören. Eine absolute Zumutung. Wer,wie wir, den wunderschönen Harz erkunden will, viel wandert und abends gemütlich in die Federn fallen will und schlafen, sollte besser anderswo einchecken oder fragen, ob Grossveranstaltungen zeitgleich stattfinden. Wir waren dort zu einer größeren Familenfeier. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Rezeption, Service und Küche. Super freundlich und kompetent. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!! Direkt am Schloss mit super schönem Schlosspark gelegen. Für Natur- Kultur- und Hundebesitzer ideal. Super Indorpool plus Sauna dabei.

I was a bit disappointed with the check in procedure - especially that I had to re-park my car. (while another car on a similar parking place remained...)
The staff was not bad - friendly in the typical German manner. That was ok for me but my friends felt a bit mistreated.
