Great customer service. Charley (not sure if it is the correct spelling) was super helpful and kind. The location is great and has plenty of places nearby to eat. No charge for parking was great!

Ms.Catherine Myers was absolutely amazing! Caring,professional,sympathetic and patient.The front desk agent Ian Swails was on the other hand extremely rude,unprofessional and uncaring,no so much as a greeting upon us approaching the desk for check in! He was on his phone with a personal call and refused to acknowledge us standing there for check in! Fortunately Ms.Catherine approached the desk from the back and greeted us with the warmest smile and welcome one could give! She then proceeded to apologize on behalf of her colleague for his unprofessionalism and rudeness and took great care of us for the duration of our entire stay! She checked on us several times during her shift to make sure we needed nothing and was simply amazing. Thank you Ms.Catherine you are a jewel for Hilton! Mr.Swails needs to handle "Boyfriend issues" on his personal time.

Awful service...the front desk staff (all days) was rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. We had basic requests like asking for a few more towels, an extra key and adding my wife to a reservation so she can get in the room before I arrived. We had 5 rooms and were very polite. It was clear the staff didn't want to be working or providing customer service of any kind.

The stay was okay, but we were very disappointed with how our request for an extension was handled. We were told to call back in the morning, which we did, only to be immediately told "no" without anyone even asking how long of an extension we needed. Since it was Memorial Day on a Monday, we’re not sure why the request couldn’t be considered more thoughtfully.

Friendly staff were welcoming and helpful in our check in and stay. Clean lobby. Gym and pool available. Good breakfast. Room was clean, neat and near elevators.
