I had a confirmed reservation for a two bedroom for two nights. The morning of the arrival I got an email that the 2 bedroom was sold out and unavailable to me. Huh? After registering my displeasure we were put in a one bedroom. We had a full day planned so the offer of moving to the two bedroom after the first night was unacceptable. The real issue was that I was not adequately compensated for the blatant error on the part of the hotel. The price differential between the one and two bedroom suites was only about $20 per night according to the hotel on day of arrival, not advance booking. Otherwise I was only given a small discount and a few Bonvoy points. When you screw up the confirmed hotel reservation it seems to me that the hotel should offer sufficient compensation to make the guest feel like they want to make things right by you. Maybe this hotel makes this mistake frequently and cannot afford to make it right. Karma…On our second night the bedroom air conditioner made so much noise that we had to turn it off. It is a nice hotel. But you risk that your reservation will not be honored.

This hotel is one of the best in the area with exceptionally clean rooms, a very good free breakfast, highly professional employees, comfortable beds, and a clean indoor pool, There’s plenty of free parking. There’s a wonderful shopping center with a large movie theater in walking distance from the hotel, as well as several great restaurants. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Very nice location and room Landon was extremely helpful when i called the property and needed assistance a couple of times. We thought the facilities were very nice and liked the area. The elevator could use a little attention as some of the buttons had broken off pieces. Also, the breakfast could add some hard boiled eggs and fruit other than bananas and apples
