Many relocations due to several construction sites in the site did not make finding the hotel easy. There is a large parking space, very beautiful. At the reception everything was prepared for us, we were pre-registrated with a ticket of a traveler. We received a room on the 1st floor. There is a seat. When we entered our room, we were totally disappointed: very small, no cabin, a few sticks on a bar, for us as many travelers - impossible. To that the beds were very narrow, there was no proper deposition, the bathroom very closed – overall was defect for us. After longer intensive conversation with the gentlemen at the reception, (it was intended to make us know that today's hotels are furnished in this way, because hardly anyone needs a dressing box more, for example) We received another room on the same floor, but only at an additional price, which we accepted then, we had holidays and were not on a short service trip! In the now much larger room there were 2 chairs before a desk, on which the TV device, a ordinary but very low double bed (1.80 m) with 2 small night tables, a large seat kit before a mirror. There was a large box with many storage options for longer days and a small refrigerator. The windows to the small garden were open. There was a parquet floor in the bedroom, the entrance and sanitary area was designed with dark tiles. The modern bathroom included a large shower and washing basin – all separated by a large slide door to the rest of the room. Baduty outfits were abundant. Free Wi-Fi worked properly, but with updates often very slowly. We had a relaxing sleep, but tomorrow road traffic is hearable. Breakfast in the cozy small restaurant has made us very satisfied under the conditions given. Comment: We have not regretted the additional cost of this room, so we could still spend a beautiful holiday in Balingen and give a judgment that although the hotel does not correspond to the whole, But just our experience and this is crucial here, also important for other guests. We assess our 2nd room with very good.

...the hotel has booked pepper mill for stay during a sporting event and actually nothing special expected. The hotel has been positively surprised in every relationship: very nice team, large, very clean and newly furnished rooms, super breakfast buffet and also a nice simple food evening...all our wishes have been met...we will be happy to come back!
