Balikpapan Hotels with Airport pickup service

Location was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.

Well received upon arrival. The reception staff could be a little friendlier and even more hospitable than now so that guests can still get a pleasant feeling. In general, we are satisfied with the service and good location that is central.

room is clean, breakfast is great, the employee are nice and polite, but the room key sometimes stuck,

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, the facilities and others are good, it just needs repairs on the walls of the rooms where the paint has started to peel

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

There are many things I want to mention about this hotel, regarding the duvet in our room that had holes and was dirty. But I understand that it was a very busy day for them, seen when we checked in which took time, and many people were waiting in the lobby. The restaurant has a small capacity, making me have to wait because it was crowded and their team was doing a clear up. And I'm sorry, the room was dirty, flies everywhere... It doesn't have AYS service, so if you need something you have to call different phone numbers (confusing). Ok then,. I have no choice,. Even though everything went smoothly. But thank you. At least the receptionist service is still quite good. Especially Adel. Thank you so much,.

It's an old hotel, but it's still the best place to stay in Balikpapan!! The air conditioner is a bit old, so I think I'll visit it more often if it's renewed to see if there's mold!! I tie it up every time I go, and the female and male employees at the coffee shop are really kind. I want to write 100 compliment cards and come!! I'm going to listen again next time~

This is an old 4 star hotel but still maintaining well. The lobby, rooms, restaurant and sitting area are great and spacious. Location wise is not far from airport and town center. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. Will come back to stay in this hotel on my next visit to Balikpapan.
