The hotel is located in the middle of the city.
Got a room on the 5th floor with a view of Balikpapan city. The cleanliness of the room is very good. So is the large bathroom.

Sorry the photo is different. Actually it's standard but what's lacking is the location is inside an arterial road. Not strategic and a bit creepy even though the room is spacious but gloomy

************* stayed here for 2 nights very comfortably. The service is very good and friendly. I requested a lot and was served well. Yesterday I was given a room on the 6th floor with a view of Balikpapan city
The location is quite strategic, close to the mall and many food vendors around.
The problem was handled quickly, the room's AC leaked but the Neo *** team quickly fixed it and it didn't take long to finish.
The cleaning team is also great, we left the room for breakfast and when we went home the room was very clean 😍.
For Mr. Abdy and team, thank you very much for the surprise birthday assistance for my husband. The cake and fruit were beautiful and delicious 🥰.
In terms of breakfast, it was quite delicious and varied,
Basically, I was very satisfied staying here, highly recommended. God willing, I will come here again next time 🥰
