Check in at 4 pm, but still have to wait for the room to be cleaned, it took quite a long time, more than 1 hour. For us, the newcomers who should have rested immediately, instead we waited at the receptionist. And after entering the room, we forgot to give towels. Hopefully it can be better in the future

For the check-in service, it was not in accordance with the check-in time. Check-in was at 2 o'clock and we entered the room at 4 o'clock. The same thing happened with check-out. I asked for a dispensation to leave at 13.00 but it was not allowed, whereas we entered the room at 4 o'clock and I felt disadvantaged by the service.
