Bali Gianyar Hotels

The staff at Sanctoo Hotel were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located within the zoo, and we could access the zoo directly through an internal passage using the complimentary tickets provided by the hotel. We booked a villa with a private pool, which offered a stunning view of lush greenery outside. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’d love to stay at this hotel again。

I chose the hotel based on the reviews that were here and on Google maps, in principle, they are all true, the hotel is really very beautiful and is located in the cultural center, where you can walk, looking at all sorts of interesting details and the architecture of the courtyards. The room itself was very neat and clean - it was nice to be there and it smelled nice of wood. We were met by a nice young man, very friendly and welcoming. There are many cafes around the hotel where you can have a snack, in principle, the hotel is well located. There were no insects in the room, although on the territory, of course, there are some, but there are also geckos, which, apparently, do their job well. It was noisy for me to sleep - since the room is right under the roof - some bird sat on it at night, walked, clicked its claws, screamed, I was scared and could not fall asleep anymore, unfortunately. The sound insulation is not very good - you can hear everything that happens outside, if you are a light sleeper - think about what you will do about it.

The soundproofing of the hotel room is relatively poor, and the croaking of various insects such as frogs that are very, very clear and close at night. The towels and sheets used are old, but they are still fragrant.

Unagi's bit off location ideal for those who value serenity away from touristic spots. You'll need ur own car or motor bike to commute to Unagi, 20 min away from Ubud center. That's probably the main drawback.  Our room, common infinity swimming pool, garden-like pathway & intimate resto all clean & well maintained. All staffs quite helpful, courteous & warm interacting with us as hotel guest. We stayed for 4 nites during Bali's silent day (”Nyepi”) when guests aren't allowed to leave hotel within 24 hours. Yet we felt comfortable staying there. Will recommend friends & families 👍

A stunning new hotel with a pool and a beautiful courtyard. There's an excellent restaurant just down the road, and you can stroll along the beautiful promenade along the ocean. The only downside is the constant reconnection of the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it's a great place to relax.

You can relax in a Balinese atmosphere. Breakfast is buffet style, but you can also order a main course and the cooking is excellent. The view from there was lovely with the morning sun and the birds singing. My family enjoyed the foam bath. Local children were fishing and swimming in the river that runs through the hotel, so we swam in the river a little after the gym. The water was cool and clear, although it was cloudy with sand. There are photos of yoga, but classes are not held on a daily basis. Reservations are required the day before and cost just over 3,000 yen per person. It's about 30 minutes from Ubud, so it feels a little far. However, the price is cheap and it's more than worth it.

This place is a hidden gem, we absolutely loved our stay at Swan Paradise. Every staff were friendly and welcoming, they were available almost every where around the resort. Very attentive and hospitable, we found Sutra and front office particularly helpful, communication through Whatsapp was easy and informative. Strongly recommend Swan Paradise and their team!
