My recent stay at Munduk Menir Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted me. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the panorama from the swimming pool was a feast for the eyes, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sunsets were particularly mesmerizing, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink that reflected beautifully on the surrounding landscape. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made my experience truly special. Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, their dedication was evident in every interaction.

Tout le personnel est au petit soin, très disponible et courtois. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine qui est placée en bordure de restaurant et avec vue. L’endroit est magique et nous avons bien apprécié le lieu. La cabane forestière est un peu humide, vu la météo nous n’avons pas pu laisser la porte assez ouverte, ce qui aurait sans doute amélioré ce seul petit inconvénient. J’y reviendrais volontiers.

We loved this place! It's a high-end hotel with a matching price level, but the quality is absolutely worth it, especially if you compare it with prices outside of Bali. 🛎️ Exceptional service: The staff is very friendly, and the ladies at the reception assist with everything— even through WhatsApp. 🛖 Great top-of-the-hill location of the hotel and an amazing room (Grand View): Stunning infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi, both heated (30°C & 40°С). 💆🏻♂️ Pricey but excellent massages: Especially enjoyed reflexology with Wawan - highly recommended. 🍽️ Amazing à la carte all-you-can-eat breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've ever had. To get the same quality and quantity elsewhere on Bali would cost at least €50 for two people.

Very nice boutique hotel with a great style. They managed to create a village atmosphere with the cottages nested among rice fields, which really brings a much more personal touch. Staff have been helpful and despite it was a little more pricey than some other places we have been, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel (even if it was a little bit confusing to find). The sauna was a very nice little extra.  There’s a lot of choice for breakfast. There’s a possibility to eat lunch and dinner on site which that is very convenient specially when it rains. The staff is also very kind.

View-nya luar biasa, terutama saat pagi hari ketika kabut tipis menutupi pemandangan sekeliling—benar-benar cocok untuk relaksasi. Kamarnya meskipun dari kontainer, tetap nyaman dan bersih. Tersedia air panas. Selain itu, tempat tidur yang disediakan cukup nyaman sehingga bisa beristirahat dengan tenang. Pelayanan dari staff ramah dan responsif, siap membantu setiap kebutuhan tamu. Tempatnya cocok untuk backpacker atau pasangan yang ingin menginap dengan budget hemat namun tetap menginginkan pengalaman unik dan nyaman. Harganya sangat terjangkau, cocok dengan fasilitas yang diberikan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat memuaskan. Recommended untuk mereka yang ingin menikmati penginapan bernuansa alami dengan sentuhan modern!

We booked in the morning for the same night through Trip.com, when we arrived they said, there happened an ovet booking and system error, our booked rooms are not available. They were waiting for us wirh a solution. They suggeseted stay at Keshava villa, another properry of same group, with free breakfast for 4 of us. The newly opened Keshava villa with swimming pool was bliss. The staffs were very well behaved super hosts.

For a relaxing, romantic stay in Bali away from the tourist hot spots, the Sanak Retreat is the ideal place to stay. It is really exceptionally nice located in the middle of the rice terraces and the few bungalows blend harmoniously into the landscape. We felt right at home. The food is ok and not too expensive. The location invites to hiking and biking. The only downside to our stay was that we were there at the time of the rice harvest and the farmers in the immediate vicinity of the hotel burned the rice palm after the harvest. This has unfortunately stunk terrible and fouled entire stretches of land for days. Those who are sensitive to bad air should try to avoid the time of the rice harvest.
