The hotel is absolutely beautiful and truly captures the essence of Bali. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality — their service really came from the heart. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a private pool, which made our stay even more special.
The resort spans 14 hectares, offering plenty of peaceful spots to relax, so even with many guests around, it feels as if you have the whole place to yourself. The food throughout the resort was excellent, and the buggy service made getting around so convenient.
We were also lucky enough to book a table at Koral Restaurant, and it was beyond our expectations — the food, the atmosphere, and the service were all exceptional. My husband and I had one of the most memorable dining experiences there.
Every moment of our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay there. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is incredible but crowded . Lots of variety of cheese , Asian and western food , with coffee , tea and juices (not fresh fruit).
Swimming pool is huge and better be earlier to get a chair around 10am or after 14:00. Food is reasonable price at the pool, and it is really delicious.
There is a very nice gym with cold and a hot tub , steam and sauna. Sometimes there is free yoga class at 08:00 am (I think on Wednesdays), but remember to put your name the day before in the gym reception. Lots of walk in couldn’t do because number is limited to 15 people.
Gaming room is quite fun with PS5, some retro arcade (they need some maintenance as some buttons weren’t working), and a billiard table . Unfortunately the billiard table should limit each guest to use for 30 minutes and make a reservation list so everyone can have a chance to play. Sometimes kids stay for hours and there is no chance for others to play.

Nice hotel with a very convenient location close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and the swimming pool was large and pleasant.
It’s a bit far from the main tourist areas, but still easy to reach by Grab or even on foot if you don’t mind a longer walk.
We stayed on the first floor and unfortunately there was a serious humidity issue in our room, which was the main downside.
Overall, though, it was a nice stay and good value for the location.

The hotel was awesome. Beautifully located by the beach with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and courteous. The room was great; water pressure was no problem. Will book this hotel in the future. 5 stars!

I spend at Kuta Beach Club on the first night in Bali. It was calm like a 5 star resort. It has beautiful pool in the middle. The breakfast was variety. The room was cozy and big enough for me.
As shown in the pictures, the room is exceptional. It offers a spacious layout with a king-size bed, a large bathtub, and a patio sofa on the balcony overlooking the pool. The room also features a separate shower and toilet, along with a minibar and coffee machine for added convenience.
Breakfast was decent, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located—just a 3-minute walk to Kuta Beach and about 10 minutes to Beachwalk Shopping Centre. There are plenty of eateries, bars, massage centers, and convenience stores nearby.
The pool looked amazing, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use it due to time constraints during our short 2-night stay. Otherwise, I would highly recommend The Stones for a comfortable and relaxing resort experience in Legian.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions during overnight layovers. The location is excellent, particularly as I was traveling alone with two children. The breakfast offerings were also quite good. There are numerous dining options available on the domestic arrivals side, which is conveniently located near the hotel, as well as a mini market where essential items can be purchased. We intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The only setback is the nearby renovations, which make driving in and out of the hotel a bit inconvenient due to the narrow lane. It’s easier to walk out and meet your Grab driver outside. The nearby spa is reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed their massage!

It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities.
Very friendly/polite workers.
They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness).
They gave fruit platter in room.
I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely.
Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water.
The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips.
They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan.
Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty.
The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all.
Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic.
Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it.
I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.

TTravelAuditorThe Trip.com app in Russian presents an incorrect and misleading description of the rooms. In reality, a villa with two or three bedrooms is rented, but the listing claims it’s a 25 m² room with one or two king-size beds. This description is inaccurate and creates a false impression of the accommodation format.
The villa itself is decorated in a Greco-Roman style and is pleasant to stay in. However, in the living area, there is a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sink, resembling the smell of a fecal septic tank. Most of the air conditioners operate quietly, but in the first bedroom, the unit started making noise as early as the third day.
The water in the pool is maintained at a comfortable 30–31 °C, but it’s important to note that chlorine is added — a critical detail for guests with allergies. The kitchen has no towels at all. In the bathroom, the liquid soap dispenser is broken, and the hose of the bidet spray releases water with a foul smell. There are dishes available, but no deep bowls — only flat plates.
During our stay (4 nights / 5 days), it rained only once and briefly, which was fortunate: the noise of raindrops hitting the roof is very loud and can interfere with sleep in rainy weather.
Overall, the villa left a positive impression. I hope the owner takes the above comments into account and resolves the identified issues.
GGuest UserI loved this stay! It was quite and cosy, while you are close to the big road but doesn’t here it. The staff is the sweetest people I ever met. I broke my toe and the woman got some aloe vera for me (without asking for if). They ask me every day how I was and if I need help. Felt so safe and good there!

XXiazhenzhen The room is very clean, the little brother at the front desk is very good, The environment of the hotel is very beautiful, you can see the beautiful swimming pool when you open the window in the morning, and I like the rice fields very much. If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will definitely book it.
AAnonymous UserCompared to 2018, this hotel is in a much different situation. Maybe because of the pandemic, this hotel is just trying to survive. Almost every corner of the hotel requires building repairs. It can also be seen that many rooms are out of order.
The amenities in the room are also like a 3 star hotel, only the soap and shampoo look good.
The facilities themselves are quite good for the price.
Just for standard breakfast.
Even though it is five stars, because it is poorly maintained, it feels like a lower class hotel.
