I had the most wonderful stay at Four Points Seminyak and cannot recommend it enough.
I originally booked a Deluxe Room, but to my surprise, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a Suite in celebration of my birthday, complete with a beautiful birthday decoration. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special.
The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were consistently efficient, attentive, and caring throughout my stay. They were quick to provide solutions whenever I had feedback — for example, when I mentioned an issue with the balcony door, not only did they fix it promptly, but Sagung (Guest Service Associate) also surprised us with an apology amenity, which went far beyond me & my friend’s expectations.
Housekeeping deserves a special mention — the room was always spotless, and they would leave sweet notes after every cleaning, which made me feel so warmly cared for. A very special shout-out to Putra, who went the extra mile by folding towel animals that never failed to brighten our day.
Overall, I truly loved the level of service, care, and hospitality shown at Four Points. Thank you for making my stay so memorable — We will definitely be returning!

The service was top norch, everyone is super friendly and kind. The design of the hotel is a little weird though that the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed our stay becoz of the team!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location but not to far to walk to the beach or shops and bars. Nice breakfast and really amazing staff that made the stay special. Will definitely stay again.

Gita from reception is fabulous! The hotel location is slightly far but I guess depends on where you are going.
the only thing Four Point properties have to improve is clealiness. almost all Four Point I have been to have cleanliness issue.
