峇裏島的瑞吉不是棒，是超級無敵棒！這些年東奔西跑也算閲店無數，可真的是被這間給折服了，從進店開始就享受到了無微不至的笑容和照顧！從服務員的態度到酒店的配套及美食，真的是留戀忘返！
入住了四個晚上，我們中午離店時，酒店免費派車送貨機場，好多工作人員在門口列隊揮手歡送。意外的是，到了機場還有專門的服務人員幫我們推送行李，直到辦理好所有的登機手續才揮手道別！如果 100分算滿分的話，我願意給 110分，因為一間店愛上一座城，這裏真的很值得懷念！

從第一天起，管家每天送上新鮮水果、咖啡與茶點，若稍有耽誤，便立刻送來手工巧克力作為歉意。晚餐時，貼心地在餐廳門口接走孩子，帶他們去參加專屬的“電影之夜”，直到影片結束，全程守護，親自送回別墅。那一刻，我終於可以安心地用餐，靜享SPA時光——這是在歐洲這些年我幾乎忘卻的放鬆與安心。
門口的沙灘永遠是乾淨的，房間每餐用完回來都打掃過，夜宵覺得我們可能餓了就送上紅酒火腿，隨時隨地問你有什麼需求。離開的那天，送我們直到值機櫃枱，幫我們託運行李，最後在登機閘口鞠躬道別，目送我們離開。那一刻，我心裏有些説不出的感動。
即便我走過世界許多角落，住過無數五星級酒店，也鮮有哪家能像峇裏島瑞吉這樣，把“服務”做到真正入微入心。它或許不是硬件最豪華的，卻是我心中服務最温暖、最有温度的所在。
離開前一晚，他們知道我們搭乘的是夜間航班，主動為我們延遲退房，並邀請我們觀賞每210天一次的寺廟祈福儀式。伴着椰影婆娑與海風低語，那一場文化與信仰的莊嚴，讓我們的旅程有了一個動人的尾聲。

The 5 nights and 6 days at the St. Regis Bali Resort left me with a deep and unforgettable impression! The service is superb! The hygiene is clean and tidy! The breakfast is especially rich and delicious! Especially when checking out on the last morning, the warm and fluent Chinese of Ms. Zeng Lili at the front desk made me feel like home... It's great! I will stay at the St. Regis again next time I come.
