The conditions of this property were absolutely disgusting. Considering what they charge per night after 2 nights I had to leave. The green mould growing around the exhaust fan, black mould and small mushrooms growing around the toilet, silicone in the shower, and on the tiles: not to mention white mould coming through on the bedroom feature wall cement rendering. Filthy. Constant complaints from the drivers about the villa not even having proper driveway access. Also in wet season. Prepare for it to flood. Great place. Staff just see locals as money bags tbh

We had a group outing and stayed in this villa, needless to say the experience was one to remember by. The food was worth the price, the rooms were comfy, the villa has a beautiful scenery to wake up to in the morning, and overall was a very nice experience to have together.

i've stay here for a days with mu friend, i'm feel so comfy and to be honest this villa makes me comfortable all days. thank you, you'll have to try this, i'm sure! i hope someday i can back to this villa again with my family, this villa has a beautiful scenery 🔥👍

girls trip and staying at this villa last summer. really makes a remarkable experience. the view is so heartwarming. when you look at the outside you will see a beautiful picture of ubud. really love that one! hoping to visit again next holiday

Amazing hotel!! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, being served green juices on arrival and being taken to our room by golf buggy. A lovely touch. The staff were amazing and so friendly, helping us with anything we needed very efficiently. From laundry, to booking tours and bringing drinks to the pool, they were fab!!!! Lovely food, with excellent choices. We enjoyed the Nasi Goren and the pancakes especially! Location was also beautiful and so peaceful. Really enjoyed staying outside of Ubud where it’s chaotic and very loud! Easy to get to via taxi/ grab!! Would highly recommend this fab hotel.

the rooms were beautiful and clean. modern. the shower was great. The bed was large. we slept really good there. the food in the restaurant was also very good. a little bit pricey but tasty. we had to get used to the breakfast menu but it was different (in a good way)then buffet style. Improvement could be to pave the sandy road that leads to villah mirah. I would recommend staying here.
