Almost perfect hotel! Great value for money, less than 2,000 for a two-bedroom pool villa, including breakfast for four, daily afternoon tea, and free Sanur pick-up. Huge villa; gorgeous pool- large and refreshing temperature, lovely huge trees and gardens- although in heart of Sanur you cannot tell once you are in the complex.
Outdoor lounge/dining area gorgeous. Room service with no additional fee. Breakfast reasonable, onsite bar restaurant all day.
Good price point.
Downsides- infestation of bugs in bed [looked like flying things?? not mosquitos and not bed bugs, we got not bites from anything]; we are usually fine with bugs/spend time outdoors etc but we had to call for bug spray which promptly resolved the issue. Bathrooms showing age- need an update.
For the price in the area, for private pool, massage on site and resturant/bar on site id give this a 9/10- very good overall with some updates required.
